Junior Jammers
Kindergarten · Pre-instrumental
The first stage of the modern-band journey — singing in tune, keeping a beat, and making music together.

Junior Jammers is a pre-instrumental music program for students gearing up for the next level of the musical journey. Sessions focus on singing in tune, keeping a beat, and having a blast making music with friends. Through instrument exploration, song and movement, the class broadens a student's musical understanding in a fun, positive setting — and prepares them for our ukulele ensemble in Grade 1.

Junior Jammers runs well in these venues:

Ukulele Program
An in-class ukulele ensemble where students play modern repertoire together — chords, rhythm, solfège, performance.

Guitar Program
The ukulele grows up: students move to guitar and play the songs they hear every day, together.

Modern Band Ensemble
A fifth stream of music education — alongside orchestra, jazz, marching band and chorus — built on the music students actually listen to.

Digital Music Production
Where students become authors: writing, recording and producing their own music on the tools the industry uses.
