JUNKESTRA — Nutty Music Professor
Ages 5-13 · 45-minute interactive performance
Comedian, recycling genius, and virtuoso guitarist Mark Sepic turns everyday household objects into unbelievably musical instruments.
With the right touch — tapping, bowing, blowing, shaking, strumming — anything from around the house can sound beautiful. Watch an all-ages music festival erupt before your eyes as musical surprises unfold again and again. For each song, an audience volunteer picks something from the blue box and, with Mark's help, builds a beautiful instrument in seconds. By show's end, the room is jumping for musical joy — and feeling warm, deep down, about helping the planet with music.
